Luc Betbeder-Matibet is a nationally recognised subject matter expert in National Research Infrastructure, Research Data Management practice and shared computational infrastructure services for researchers. He has held director-level roles for 20 years in higher-ed ICT and Digital Research Infrastructure. Luc is the Executive Director Research Technology Services at UNSW, a shared services function for Research Computing and Research Data that he established. He is President of AeRO (Australia's eResearch Organisations and organisers of the eResearch Australasia Annual Conference), an Adjunct Associate Professor in Computer Science and Engineering at UNSW. He currently is a member of the Advisory Board of NCI (National Compute Infrastructure) and ARDC (Australian Research Data Commons) Research & Technology Advisory Committee.
