How do we store and hold personal information?
We collect, process and hold personal information collected by us in computer systems and databases operated by us and located at our office in Melbourne, Australia. DATAKAMER hosts events in various global locations. As detailed above, Arcitecta may coordinate and deliver a DATAKAMER event using one or more of its globally located entities, and as such may share, transfer or subcontract the control and/or processing of your information within the Arcitecta corporate group (or vice versa) or to its service providers in countries other than your country of residence in accordance with applicable law. Such third parties may be engaged in, among other things, the provision of DATAKAMER products and services in connection with hosting the DATAKAMER events, the processing of transactions, and/or the provision of support services. Where applicable we will inform you of these relationships, but by providing us with your information, you acknowledge and agree to any such disclosure, transfer, storage or use.

Arcitecta reserves the right to amend and update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to what types of personal information it collects and how it handles personal information in connection with its coordination and delivery of DATAKAMER events to remain compliant with applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be published on the DATAKAMER website with an updated ‘Effective Date’. If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, you will be notified in accordance with any applicable legal requirements. We will attempt to respond to, and comply with, your requests within a reasonable time, although there may be circumstances in which we are not required to give you access to your personal information, for example if we need to keep processing your information for our legitimate business interests or to comply with a legal obligation.
